After he graduated he started to get into Real Estate and time after at 20 he got in 1976 his first deal. Also had many ups and down's like everybody in this business but never gave up and today his done more than a thousand properties have licenses in 50 states and over 800 offices. Next for him is to build his brand Certified Affordable Housing Provider to continue helping families live better.

Rey Delgado nacido y criado en Cleveland, fue a la escuela y al salir consiguió trabajo en una correccional para ser guardia de seguridad y vigilar a los reclusos. En total paso 11 años en esta labor. Tuvo sus inicios en Real Estate ya que su hermano le insistió en leer el Libro y gracias a eso le cambio la perspectiva de tener mas fuentes de ingreso. Luego de su primer Deal tuvo un proceso de crecimiento constante ya que debía decidir si dejar su trabajo o mantenerlo para dedicarse Full Time a Real Estate. Decide dejar su trabajo y dedicarse a plenitud, para el fue un poco difícil pero gracias a eso tuvo un Flip de mas de $30,000 en 5 meses. Hoy en día es un exitoso Wholesaler con un flujo excelente de Deals con gran proyección a futuro.

Paul Miranda nacido y crecido en Houston, Texas de orígenes mexicanos. Empezó en el mundo de Real Estate debido a que su primer trabajo fue de arreglar apartamentos siempre deseó tener libertad financiera, poder viajar y disfrutar en familia. Entro a las inversiones en uno de los peores momentos de la economía pero eso no lo detuvo, rentó y vendió casas, entre otras cosas. Las cosas se pusieron duras y tuvo que buscar un empleo para poder subsistir lo cual no fue de su agrado ya que debía cumplir con un horario. Se dio cuenta que no era tan complicado ser exitoso en Real Estate por lo que tomó varios cursos y masterminds para empezar en esta industria, y como resultado del esfuerzo, tuvo su primer "Asignment" por $17,000. Hoy en día es un exitoso inversionista que corre una Title Company para mostrar a sus clientes todo el proceso durante la venta de sus propiedades, todo esto gracias a la constancia y dedicación para querer alcanzar el éxito en esta empresa.

Victor Heredia was raised and born in Phoenix, Arizona. Before starting in the Real Estate industry he was taking care of the family business (Cheesecake Factory) and then when he was 20 years old opened up an office in Phoenix to run the farming operation that his family has in Mexico to bring products to the US to sell it to the Big Supermarkets. He learned Wholesaling when he met the guys from All-in (Alex and Carlos) because he wanted to know the business very well before starting and he had his first deal with Carlos. As an Entrepreneur, he started hiring a few people and training them to make an amazing operation. Nowadays has a Huge Wholesaling Operation all over the US with high revenue.

Giovanni Escobar nacido en Miami pero criado en Colombia. Éste inició estudiando Ingeniería Mecánica y por medio de un contacto consiguió trabajo en Houston en la industria de Oil & Gas, no sabia inglés por lo que le tocó aprender mientras laboraba. Mientras ahorraba pensaba en como poder invertir ése dinero a largo plazo en conjunto con su esposa. Escuchando programas de radio empezó a acercarse al mundo del Real Estate haciendo seminarios y masterminds en el año 2008, y queriendo tomar acción realizó su primer Deal pero debido a los problemas que habían en ese año tuvo que poner dinero propio para poder cerrar el trato. Mas adelante fue haciendo conexiones, además de obtener apalancamientos de diferentes inversionistas debido a la experiencia que había ganado como Wholesaler. Hoy en día mediante las conexiones con otras compañías y además de su trabajo como Ingeniero consigue el éxito en el Real Estate.
