Art Sanchez was raised and born in Phoneix, Arizona. Since he was young his family was poor and had nothing to eat. His mom and sisters worked for 18 years in a restaurant to provide for her sons all they needed. Left his motherhouse at 17 and got married. For a while he was a bad kid that involves in a gang, making bad choices but then he started to align himself and work in a warehouse always trying to get better and scaling up. Had his first approach to Real Estate in 2019 without any job, watching videos from Wholsaing Experts. Then he started to get a mindset and surround by the right people, assisting to events and masterminds. Nowadays is a Seven Figures in Wholesaling Real Estate, the owner of TruBuyers and a really successful Investor.

Isahi Prieto nacido en Minensota crecido en el valle de Texas, tuvo su primer hijo a los 12 años y su vida cambio para siempre. Paso de estar viviendo una niñez como cualquier otra, a tener un hijo a temprana edad, caer en la cárcel por posesión y consumo de drogas. Al salir de la cárcel siguió en los mismos malos pasos hasta que manejando su auto choco y desde ese momento con la gracia de Dios decidió cambiar su manera de vivir y limpiarse por completo. Comienza a trabajar en un refinería por medio de su abuelo, luego empezó a leer plano sin saber como hacerlo, escalando puesto por puesto. Por un comercial de TV decide entrar en el Real Estate y como resultado paso mas de 6 meses sin hacer un Deal, perdiendo dinero, crédito y todo lo que había ganado e invertido. Luego de tantos altos y bajo logro vender su primera casa por 30k y disparar su carrera como Real Estate Investor.
