Ben Phillips was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio with nothing, his mother used to work a lot, also she divorced and because of that, he started in the drugs business when he was a little boy and also consumed it for 15 years. To change the addiction he was involved in, he decide to move to another state and have a brand new environment. His partner helped with drugs and finally could find a light at the end of the tunnel. Then he wants to recover his life and try some different things like having 8 jobs until he found Real Estate starting by flipping houses. Now he runs a fantastic operation wholesaling properties and doing some fix and flip with a really hardworking team, also making PPC, cold calling, SEO & TV Commercial.

Around 2014 he made the first step in Real Estate attending to a seminar about rental properties to do it part-time while he had a construction job. Jerry Green was born and raised in Springfield, Ohio he went to the air force for 6 years, then he went back and work with his dad in the electrical contracting business to avoid bankruptcy. He started to be interested in Real Estate through a commercial TV but he had a job, therefore, was kind of hard to get deep into this business. His first steps in this business were doing wholesaling, back then his wife got pregnant but the doctor also said that had kidney cancer, she did the medical treatment but unfortunately passed away. Even though he kept moving and he impulses his team and every he got left. Doing personal development and attending to supporting groups. Now he has a Running Wholesaling Operation with more than 1000 done deals and also teaches others to turn into really successful entrepreneurs
