In this episode of The Real Estate Entrepreneurs Podcast we have the incredible Patrick Precourt, who started his journey as a carpenter and then got involved in home inspections. During his work as an inspector, he became aware of real estate investment opportunities and decided to pursue it. 

 

He specialized in short sales and became an expert in the field. Later, he joined a real estate education company and became one of the founders of a large real estate investment education platform. 

 

However, he realized that many of his students were not achieving the desired success, which led him to retire from the education sector and focus on personal development. Since then, his focus has been to help bridge the gap between where people are and where they want to be in various aspects of their lives, such as health, wellness, wealth and relationships.
